So the Northern European(Turkic-originated) inherited more than usual while EE inherited less than usual in such cases. These two guys probably Turkic as much as the average, but the Turkic admixture they bear is mostly West Eurasian.

I have seen many such cases among Anatolian and Balkan Turks as well.

I think in this case it's just North Caucasian admixture. Both are either from Dagestan or bordering it (Quba). They probably can be modelled as Azerbaijani + Lezgic

Origin is not clear of all kits, so I prefer not to make an average out of all of them. But I can think of making a new average with only 100% Azerbaijani confirmed kits.

That's why I'm still not convinced your supposed Tsakhur is legit. I accept only one Tsakhur as pure, the one that scores like Dagestanis. The other two seem mongrelized Azerbaijanis.

The Tsakhur might be mixed with Azerbaijanis by large parts, so that doesn't make the average non-legit. The idea that they have to be 100% Lezgic is stupid. I can say with certainty that all the Tsakhur samples are confirmed legit from Tsakhurs in Azerbaijan.
