you are looking at way too small differences, admixture calculators are not that precise. a distance of 2-3 means that 2 samples are pretty much identical.
for example, if you compare the 23andme and myheritage files of the same person, the distance will be 2-3.

but even if you used much more precise tools, siblings wouldn't be genetically identical, because siblings don't inherit equally from all 4 grandparents.

so the answer is, admixture calculators do detect some similarity between siblings, it's not completely irrelevant.

but at the same time, you could end up being closer to some ancient sample, or some random person who isn't your close relative, than to your brother or sister.

I have noticed two samples from Rivnenska oblast with the highest West Asian ("Caucasian") component among other Ukrainians:
