Do you consider Sicilians white? I see most of them scoring between 70% and 90% Euro and the rest west Asian.
Seems like a lot of people in these forums don't consider Sicilians and Southern Italians white because of their relatively high west Asian component.
Were most of the Italians that migrated to Argentina, Uruguay, Brazil, Venezuela & Peru southern Italians like the US ones or they came from all over Italy?

Most Italian immigrants to Venezuela were mostly from southern Italy (Sicily, Campania, Puglia and Abruzzo) but I also have experience of having met Venezuelans of northern Italian origin, including a couple of former female classmates from high school, who were very blonde, blue eyed, and even paler than me (which is already a lot).

Are hispanic whites considered minorities in US? Are Uruguaians considered hispanic whites or non-hispanic whites in US?
Yes.
They are considered White Hispanics/Latinos, yes. Honestly, the usage of those terms in the US is a bit odd and leads to a lot of misunderstandings, some ignorant Americans think it is somehow a race and not just an ethnolinguistic term.
