Most likely we will see results such as this (as well as the opposite, 3-4% NE) as more and more Iranians are taking DNA results. While there was no caste system in Iran I have a feeling there was some sort of "unspoken" distinction considering the Rural vs Urban, as well as Peasant vs Landowner system that existed (after urbanization modern Iranians are a mix of these 2 groups)

There are multiple academic Balochis though. The ones from the recent study are not part of the existing average.

Not sure how reliable, but people have said that there are possibly tens of thousands of individuals with significant African, Sindhi, and Arab/Omani related admixtures who are simply considered "normal" baloch which is skewing the averages (can't verify if its true)
