Yes my Paternal haplo is came from Jamtland and in dna test i get always scandinavian like ancestry i get 3% norwegian and in Myheritage genetic groups i get norway (innhered) . My Russian ancestry is mixed with Ukranian iam 14,6% Ukranian and Russian .

I think your problem is that you interpret the commercial test results literally. Just because you get Scandinavian or Slavic doesn't mean you have actual "recent" ancestry from Sweden or Russia. I think you are just a normal full Hungarian. Scandinavians and East Slavs are very uncommon in Hungary, historically close to non-existent.
0.5% Roma would not be noticeable autosomally. You got like 2% South Asian which may or may not translate to 1/8 or 1/16 Tzigane.
