In Nikšić milogorstvo declining in the last time.
Cetinje and Kutunska nahija are different. In that part milogorstvo and Duklja ustashian ideology are born and still are very strong.

I'd certainly be happy if that were true. I've encountered a lot of online supporters of docleanism and Milo who are from Nikšić. It's my personal anecdotal experience, I know, but it makes sense when you look at the results of the last census.

Cetinje remains the black hole, obviously. Luckily, the population size of the municipality isn't that large.

I know Herzegovina Serbs have a lot of I2 and R1a. but maybe the admixture came through maternal lines?

His result is not far away from Bosnian Krajina Serb average posted by vbnetkhio in the introductory post. Meds are qiute similar, Baltic & NA are little higher than average, West Asian is little lower etc. I have seen Serbian results from that region which deviate significantly more from average, on both sides more southern and more northern.
