Not really , you don't have to be far right to be philosophically against feminism. One can be a classical liberal like John Locke or what is known as a libertarian in the USA. I believe men are so superior to women that under a free society (non-tyrannical) that men will outcompete women , which will put them in a superior position, thus solving problems of female hypergamy etc... also , under a libetarianism the government will be too small to be a surrogate father for women and will not be able to strip men in court of their riches at the behest of a digruntled wife (alimony etc..)
The free society will always eclipse the unfree one; for while totalitarianism may forbid the bad, it can never compel the good -- something which arises spontaneously among free men.
^ Notice they don't have libertarian atheists on there and if they did they might outscore everyone else perhaps.
