Ofcourse not, if samples are representative 15 samples will yield very similar result to million samples. I still can't understand why so many people on TA don't understand that.

The same happened after I added Székely results into the Hungarian national average, in a proportionate way (Székelys constitute around 4% of Hungarians), but it only changed the previous Hungarian average by 0.08%.

I decided to merge the Hungarians from Transylvania and Székely averages on K13, since they are neighbors and were very similar to each other. So replace these:

I finally managed to create brand new Hungarian averages for K12b. Each regional average is based on 10 samples, specifically selected those which were the closest to their respective regional K13 averages, while the national average is based on 40 samples, and is a weighed aggregate of the 4 regional ones. Therefore please delete these:
