There are Wielbark genomes here among others, but I didn't know this location. Before it was on ENA only.

No one from GIGADB , even this labeled Deep gives any result after conversion (no snps . Still better samples from Wielbark are on ENA.

kow24 has only 6 MB here, and 152 MB on GIGADB. the gigadb version should have at least all of the snps which the old version has.

did you check if they are in a different build (hg17, hg18)?

What was under my link was from Verenich convertion.


I tried all four options fro GigaDB files (normally for bam files I didn't get such info so they are somewhat fucked up)


Also old BAK was defeated.

Maybe you will have more luck using something different.
