possibilty 1: She just inherited it unproportionally to other components
possiblity 2: one of the parents has actually more than tested (Autosomal DNA test can't test 100% of your genome)

Yeah, this I can totally understand. When I run my results in gedmatch and look at admixture proportions by chromosome, I can see that it is highly uneven.

Probably azerbaijanis mostly between 15-20% DA87 Kimak some of them can be more than 20%

I think Turkicness doesn't only related with east eurasia a 10% east eurasian person can be same % Turkic with 13-14% east eurasian person
