Please delete Yakut and Dolgan from Dodecad K12b as both are calculator-affected. Add this instead (Sakha is the same as Yakut, their original ethnonym)

@Lucas, please delete Croat_Bosnia from K12b. It's not very representative for BiH Croats and way too much central Euro shifted, more so than regular Croat average.
Also please rename Kaykavian Croat on K12b to North_Croat, Kajkavian is a dialect nobody except locals heard about.
