If he comes from Spain he is Spanish, i don't know what is so hard to understand about that, the weather is hot there, it is a wonder they are not as dark as people who live on the same latitude in other parts of the world. Atlanto Med with some east Med affinities.

I doubt he's gypsy, he doesn't have Indid traits imo. I think if he really is mixed, it's probably with Latino or North African because in some pics he looks SSA admixed.
