the gedcoms are mixed up on that account, that's the gedcom of his mother. he's actually half from Lika/Dalmatia and half from Kolašin, Montenegro, so I didn't post him, because regionally mixed results are not too interesting.

Well in this case it's even more interesting because he is very central Euro shifted for somebody who is half Montenegrin. How do you explain that? Closer to Hungarian than Romanian average and closer to Austrian than Moldovan.

Ok, but I still don't understand what is causing such high NA, Germanic medieval influence? I doubt it's from Illyrians because they were diluted by mixing with east Meds/Romans.

Illyrians could've had around 30 NA on average judging from these 2:

late Roman West Balkanians probably had around 25 on average, individual range 20-30. Slavs had a very similar range to this as well.
