They are criminals, one of most violent, backwards and sneaky people in Europe. Biggest Četniks around and I feel sorry for Croats who think Montenegrins are some decent people.
Montenegrins are nothing more than goatfucker Serbs on steroids. And I don't care for internal strife in Montenegro, see it just another internal Serb split.

Montenegrins are capable for everything. It's true that most of the prominent criminals in Belgrade are Montenegrins. But there is also a lot of Montenegrins among doctors, politicians, top athletes, lawyers, actors, scientists, academicians, artists etc. Most of hospital chiefs in Belgrade and rest of Serbia have Montenegrin surnames. Once when my brother was in hospital (long time ago) name of his doctor was Radule Vukićević. He was Montenegrin who spoke "Montenegrin" as he had come from Montenegro yesterday and he is in Serbia at the latest since university.
Which Montenegrin tribes rule Serbia https://www.ekspres.net/istrazivanje...vljaju-srbijom
There is more Montenegrins in Serbia than in Montenegro.
There is a joke: what if Montenegrins have eyes that radiate light? Belgrade would be like Las Vegas.

Some famous Herzegovinian Serbs and historical figures: Jovan Dučić (poet and diplomat), Aleksa Šantić (poet), Ratko Mladić, Jovan Deretić, Vojislav Šešelj, Nebojša Glogovac (actor), Nataša Ninković (actress), Vuk Drašković, Zdravko Šotra (screenwriter), Vladimir Ćorović (a great historian), Sava Vladislavić (Russian diplomat and count born in Jasenik near Gacko), Momo Kapor (painter and writer), Karl Madlen (American actor), Mićo Ljubibratić (duke), Luka Vukalović (duke), Stojan Kovačević (duke), Bogdan Zimonjić (duke), Bogan Žerajić (revolutioner, member of "Mlada Bosna"), Vladimir Gaćinović (revolutioner, member of "Mlada Bosna"), Prodan Rupar (duke), Jevto Dedijer (geographer and writer), Milorad Ekmečić (historian and Serbian academician), Radovan Samardžić (historian), Pero Slijepčević (historian and writer), Emir Kusturica, Zdravko Čolić etc.
These are successful Herzegovinian Serbs for example, but i can't say they are notable in positive sense (i hate Vuk Drašković but still he is marked one period of Serbian history and at least he is good writer)

Not to mentioned how notable Serbs had deeper origin from Herzegovina like families Stratimirović and Duđerski
