It's sad that many of them don't speak Polish anymore.

It would be better if Latvian Poles (also Belarusians, Ukrainians, Lithuanians and other) would know Latvian better than Russian.
Then integration would be better.
Now they are merged under "Russian-speaking" umbrella, and Russian propaganda uses them. At least 25 percent of Russian speakers here are not ethnic Russians. We already have enough with Russians as Russian speakers.
