Cuba vs Paraguay...Which country has more blondes?

I don't know about Paraguay (this country is a mystery to me, being honest) but I've met many Cubans in my life and blondism is not the average but its not uncommon either. A lot of them I have mistaken for gringo.

The white Cubans range from swarthy to very fair, and having brunette/black to blonde hair...just like Spaniards .

Cosign with this, it has been my own experience with them, both their expats here as well as the ones on the Cuban island itself, specially the guajiro townsfolk in the interior.

Some of my family members are blond, I know some other Cubans who are too, but I don't know much about Paraguay to be honest.
