You probably listened to Stockholmsdialekt, also known as rikssvenska which translates to standard Swedish in English. In southern Sweden (Skåne, Halland and Blekinge), their pronunciation is closer to German. It is a Danish dialect with Swedish words. In Bornholm, Denmark, they speak closer to Swedish.

Nah, I enjoy the sound of Swedish, I’m even currently learning it.
A funny language for me in my opinion would be Danish.
In my opinion the worst sounding Germanic language out there.
NOT pleasant to listen to compared to Swedish/Norwegian.

I like the swedish language; its soft and melodic - typical germanic. I once tried to learn it, because I have family in Sweden (I don´t have any swedish roots btw).
Jag älskar Sverige!

It's just its intonations that are a bit.
Do what you should.
