When I was younger I played every day mostly on my PS2, but now maybe two or three days per week and normally only half an hour or so.
Blue eyed honey in the sun
Warm, wet and on the run
On the run, on the run, on the run, on the run,....
On the run, on the run, on the run, on the run

At 18-19 you're already too old. I mean, it's ok to play here and there, just like any other relaxing activity, but to be a "gamer", nah, grow up and enjoy real life like most do.

Video games are for kids and people who refuse to grow up. The last video game I played was in 2001 but I stopped playing long before that consistently. Blondie says it is good for problem solving skills but that is retarded. If you want to enhance your problem solving skills you would solve certain mathematical theorems and read certain books :
The Millennium Prize Problems were seven unsolved problems in mathematics that were stated by the Clay Mathematics Institute on May 24, 2000.[1] The problems are the Birch and Swinnerton-Dyer conjecture, Hodge conjecture, Navier–Stokes existence and smoothness, P versus NP problem, Poincaré conjecture, Riemann hypothesis, and Yang–Mills existence and mass gap. A correct solution to any of the problems results in a US$1 million prize being awarded by the institute to the discoverer(s).
To date, the only Millennium Prize problem to have been solved is the Poincaré conjecture, which was solved in 2003 by the Russian mathematician Grigori Perelman. He declined the prize money.

The 'Peter Pan Syndrome' affects people who do not want or feel unable to grow up, people with the body of an adult but the mind of a child. The syndrome is not currently considered a psychopathology. However, an increasingly larger number of adults are presenting emotionally immature behaviors in Western society.
