Do you think these two are German admixed? How common is the German ancestry in the Southwest? I know there were Danube Swabians in Banat.

They didn't say anything about German ancestry and for 3 out of 5 academic samples from the same county, the same phenomenon happens, that is they harbour more NW than NE Euro ancestry. But it's not limited to there. User alexmegas from the opposite side of the country has similar results. Maybe it's something older than that.

I have noticed that a lot of Romanians and Bulgarians would score small Germanic percentages like 3-10% - was wondering if it is Medieval or older but I guess the best bet is the ancient source. And what do you think about Hungarian admixture in Western Romanians - is there any or it is more like vice-versa?

It goes both ways and it's obvious when looking at the results of Romanians from counties on the border with Hungary, especially around Bihor, Satu Mare, Salaj.
With Szeklers and Csangos it's probably more complicated. Most Csangos I know of identify as Romanians, but genetically they are similar to Transylvanian Hungarians and Szeklers. That means that they did not mix a lot with Romanians and where mostly assimilated culturally due to being isolated and surrounded by Romanians.
With Szeklers, the identity there is stronger, but I know a Romanian from Harghita whose results are identical to user Kokeny and family, who are Szeklers from that area.
