What are you trying to say fella?
I already know that Scandinavia does not include Finland. Northern Europe (Nordic Countries) however includes Finland. Iceland, Norway, Sweden and Denmark are Scandinavian countries speaking Germanic languages. Finland is a Nordic country speaking Finnish language (Swedish is other official language taught in school). Finland is related to Sweden, genetically and culturally, but is not a Scandinavian country.

Are there any good G25 coordinates? Here, Finns seem to be closer to Russians than to Swedes (the Swedes are from Stockholm, so not unlikely have some Finnic admix).

Hmm, Swedes closer to Poles and Russians than to Germanic groups... something's not right here.
According to Salmela et al 2011, Fst distance from East and West Finns to Swedes is 70,3 and 24,2, respectively. To Russians, 69,0 and 34,4.

Genetically finns are closest to estonians followed by swedes, they also have pretty significant siberian admixture that connect them to east european uralic peoples. The finnish genetic is between scandinavians and east europeans (baltics) in half way.
Geographically its clearly East Europe, just like their time zone.
Culturally they are closest to scandinavians.
