you're in OK shape for a man your age, especially one that spent 20 years coked up, but you can't seriously believe I'm not capable of doing a shitty quasi-crossfit workout like the billy basic one you just mentioned. Box jumps and especially kettlebell swings are not hard (and tbqh a kettlebell swing isn't even particularly beneficial for you).
