I can understand your reasoning even if personally I don't believe it is problematic that Danube Swabians and Transylvania Saxons are a mixture of several German regions. That's who they are, a mixture, but it doesn't mean they don't have their own identities, that they don't exist. Nowadays they are very few, since most either assimilated into Hungarians or Romanians or migrated to Germany, but before WWI they used to be well over a million in Historic Hungary. These groups would be very useful for people living in East-Central Europe, since they have direct ancestry from them and not from Germans from Germany proper. For example there are Pennsylvania Dutch and Afrikaner averages, who are also a mixture of several German and Dutch regions. I only believe it wouldn't hurt the algorithm to have them

IMO Pennsylvania Dutch and Afrikaner should be moved to other spreadsheet with new world averages (it does exist, I think Creoda made it).

The County Glatz is interesting. It most of the time belonged to Bohemia, when the Prussians besides the biggest part od Silesia took it too in 1741. Since then it's viewed as a part of Silesia. But nevertheless the inhabitants of the County Glatz had an own, somewhat seperate from the Silesian mainstream, identity. The county is surrounded 3/4 by mountain ridges and has just one opening towards the rest of Silesia.

I now noted that it has an elevated genetic similarity with pops towards the Balkans. Did here some Vlach-like people come along the Carpathians, Beskids and Sudets? Vlachs in Moravia are in the records of history...
