Will those recently-published Celtic Iron Age samples ever be uploaded to gedmatch?

I think you guys should also make a few broader German averages. I doubt Germany cannot be divided into 4-5 general parts. For example, Southern Germany, Southwestern, Northwestern, Northeastern and Eastern. You won't satisfy every single person anyway and some get good distances even from the old original oracle.
By the way, Dodecad is completely forgotten.

I think the diversity of Germany warrants an average for all of its' non-city states at least (13). It covers a huge area. And unlike Italy it has 2 dimensions, a Celto-Germanic and a Slavo-Germanic cline, with some regions exhibiting both. Italy is just SW Euro to East Med.

For the main spreadsheet maybe it would be favorable to add together two neighboring regions which have 1 or 2 distance and also match historically, just like I did with Transdanubia+Budapest and Transylvania+Székely, but leave all the sub-regions for the extended spreadsheet. I would be in favor for this to happen to all other populations with lots of regions, to group together very similar regions in the main spreadsheet. This way more samples would be used for one average so it would be more representative. But hey, that's my advice.

I consulted rothaer and we would be in favor of seperate spreadsheet with detailed sub-regions to be created, our averages can be moved there than. In such case we'd make broader (and weighted) German averages for general use. But only if separate spreadsheet is created. This averages are of high value because we were extremely strict in selection criteria, and want them to be available on Vahaduo.
Pretty sure users like Creoda would favor of this too, and he can provide detailed English averages for example. Croatian regional update is coming soon as well.

Yes, it can be put together the way you said and for some purposes one can also have kind of just 4 or 5 regions like Leto said. We have the kits in an Excel table and they are labelled with more detailed information. So it will always be possible to re-group them without losing information.
The main aim of Stearsolina and me was to collect detailed an reliable information. You can then always go into the more coarse grained direction, if that is preferred. But you can never do it the other way around.
