As for your ethnicity, my guess is that you are Roma. Maybe not full Roma, but with one Roma parent, and the rest a mix of Eastern European and Germanic.

Adntro is far from reliable, especially for non Southern Europeans. (It showed me African heritage and a pretty high percentage at that, even though no other calculator, including Gedmatch showed me any at all)
As mentioned before, try 23andme, Ancestry or even MyHeritage.

My guess would be Baltic/Scandinavian + an Ashkenazi grand parent. K13 is by far the most reliable here, this is also what your position suggests on a PCA.
