I am a dedicated fan of running in good and dry weather. With the onset of covid-19, the enthusiasm waned a bit and I switched to cycling and home workouts with kettlebell and push-ups.
I had the opposite problem - before family life, I weighed 62-63 kg with a height of 183 cm and could not gain weight in any way. Now 75-76 kg and I feel comfortable at this weight, but I do not mind weighing a little more, 80 kilograms would be fine.
Regarding the return to running, I used to live in Kuntsevo (Molodyozhnaya metro station) and that area was convenient for running routes, but now I live near the Ulitsa 1905 Goda metro station and still I am far from understanding running routes here.
In addition, I recently bought an electric scooter, I'm afraid that this will not increase the desire to return to running.
