I would lean towards leaving them as they are already.

That is what the other sheet (updated smaller regions) is for. Main sheet (updated bigger regions) will have simplified regional averages for larger countries.

I removed Irish and Scottish regions because they seem almost the same. But maybe Creoda or Graham can make more simplified IE/SC regions?

Ireland west and east (or no need for that even)?

Open for suggestions.

Hopefully somebody divides Poland, it's huge but lacks diversity. Maybe they just need 2 averages or so

Fair enough. In that case you can get rid of the English national average, as it's almost the same as the Midlands average.
