The principal or primary racial component in England, as it is in the rest of the British Isles, is the Iron Age Nordic which was brought by the Keltic speakers before the creation of England by the Teutonic-speaking people who hailed from Denmark (Anglo-Saxons). England only differentiates itself from the other British Islanders by having a stronger Teutonic racial emphasis in their population. It is not the Atlanto-Mediterranean at all as you suggested. The Atlanto-Med is much more proper in southwestern Europe (Spain, Portugal as well parts of northern Italy). Traces of it may be found in the British Isles and parts of northwestern Europe but in a much more diluted ("weaker") form, due to intense mixing with a much more Nordid population yielding a predominantly Nordid strain (North Atlantid). As well as in Western Europe, an intermediate Nordid - Atlanto Med variant called Atlantid is more common in France and parts of Belgium and western Germany.
