No though a lot of fish and chip shops are run by Greeks or rather Greek cypriots who for some reason tend to form the great majority of settled Greeks here. Most areas outside London have very few Greeks and even in London they are only a large proportion of the population in parts of Islington, Haringey and Enfield. Most Indians are Hindu Sikh.

Yeah, in my area two Greek restaurants have opened up in the last 3 years, they are very good, very popular though i would say that British fish and chips is good and even better but the Greeks are more willing to deal with the hours, the demand of running such a business.

Says there's an estimated 400k to 600k but I don't know if that includes people like me who are half Greek.
