What it says on the tin; decision likely to be finalised (and essentially law) in 2-3 months, which would enable states to ban abortion if they so wished. For those who don't know Roe vs Wade was a Supreme Court case in 1972 that basically framed abortion as a constitutional right, meaning states couldn't stop people having them or providing them.
A few states have laws that would ban abortion as soon as the federal government allows them to; others are likely to create them. Yet other states have very restrictive anti-abortion laws that will likely now become more prevalent.
Of course abortion will continue in the US because most states have independent abortion laws but it will be very difficult to get abortions in some parts of the country (ie if you're deep in a state that doesn't at least border a state with abortion provision + you're too poor to afford travel and lodging) and the pro-life lobby will push hard for anti-abortion laws in some other states, too. Although, you will see abortion tourism like you did in the UK from Ireland until they legalised it in like 2019. Either way, pro-choice on the back foot.
Good news for most religious people and people who oppose federal government overstretch, bad news for taxpayers and white nationalists.

Abortions should be illegal unless the girl is a minor, if there is rape or if there is incest. Also if there are severe deformities or if the pregnancy is dangerous to the mother. It's complicated but I think in most situations abortion is the morally wrong choice.

Tooting will hiss at me for saying this, but one of the reasons that explain why the Cuban regime has managed to endure is precisely their having managed to keep the island's population number frozen at 11 million inhabitants by facilitating abortions, and emigrations as far as the more unmanageable cases went.
