It doesn't matter if the project is abandoned, Albanians are absolute majority there and will remain so. And they are armed to the teeth. I know Croats who were instructors for Kosovar army and Police, biggest myth is that they need somebody help to keep afloat....they don't. Kosovo alone could anihilate remaining few percent of Serbs there tomorrow if they wanted.
Albanians are slowly becoming one of strongest powers in the Balkans, while Slavic element is weakening everywhere.
Chances for Serbia to regain Kosovo are similar to Germany regaining East Prussia....fairly tale material.

That Hazin guy predicts dollar crash twice a year for the last 15 years.
But I don't see anything wrong with rebuilding a country like the former Yugoslavia, with a strong economy and the ability to run its own politics. But not on the old principles, of course.

They are now re-Paleo Balkanizing Balkans. Impact of Slavic migrations is finally fading.
I see it kind of like Latin America
First Iberians came and dominated, than huge mixing occured, and now there is more native Amerindian admixture re-gaining it's power.
Well, maybe they are better suited for Balkan conditions than we (Slavs) are.
