There are threads for breakfast, lunch, etc. but this is about how much you eat throughout the day, on an average day.
Yesterday, for example, I didn't have breakfast, just drank coffee with milk but no sugar.
Then for lunch I had minced patties, and mashed potatoes and cucumber salad, really chopped up, maybe 4 or 5 of the patties, 2 times mashed potatoes, 2 spoonfuls each. 4-5 pieces of cucumber.
Then during the night and in the evening I ate half of Milka chocolate, but half a one of the big ones, so about the same as a small milka chocolate.
I do it similarly every day, I don't eat breakfast and dinner (very much double portion for lunch) but only the chocolate was probably the exception for normal it's apples, strawberries, watermelon, peaches, bananas, cherries and seasonal fruit sometimes pineapple too, especially in winter when there are no strawberries or cherries.
