Serbia is the most similar to Hungary. Both are flat agricultural country, almost same size, there is nothing outside of capital, both have significant minority in other countries, territorial claims from others, they are black sheeps of Europe because of their policy, everyone drinks palinka, gypsie minority etc

Hard to say, my country is unique.The south is more similar to Uruguay and Argentina tho, but the rest of Brazil have no paralels.
