Do you also think people from coastal regions of a country are usually more gracile than the ones from the continental regions of the same country and-or peninsula? If yes, what is the reason for that?

Might be because of nutritional reasons. A heavily fish and seafood based diet as opposed to more dairy and meat inwards the land. Makes you live a 100 years but doesnt really make you big.

Depends. The coasts are easy to invade and good for colonization so it depends on who was the last population to come.

No. Three counterexamples:
Fehrman islanders are the largest-headed and largest-bodied Germans and amongst the largest Europeans.
Western coastal Irish are the Irish with the biggest heads and most lateral bodies and also amongst the largest Europeans.
Coastal Norwegians and Swedes are larger than inland Norwegians and Swedes.
