I think these results are from an academic study that has already been posted here. Dagestani numbers went into updating Dagestani Azeri average.
As for proximity, it is not surprising. Tats live in the north and mixed with the Dagestani people, just as Azerbaijanis have done.

I don't think it's off for Aghjabadi. Could be assimilated Kurds or other Iranic speakers. Such results exist in Iranian Azerbaijan too every now and then.

Btw the region that they are from is all apparently from Hindarx in the Northwestern parts of Aghjabadi.

Yes, that is likely the case. I asked around, and it turns out there has been a migration from Lachin to Agjabadi. For example, the population of Taxtakörpü willage is from Lachin (which had a large Kurdish population).
