I'd say those with ''Finnic look'' often look totally Caucasoid even if quite foreign from a Polish point of view. Then there are Russians who are more Uralic or mixed in with Turkic people who look indeed not full Euro but it's a rare occurence. Mind you, there are 100% Udmurts or Volga Tatars who just look white to me.

No Central European and Eastern European population is distinguishable at the individual level (in groups is other thing). They can all pass in one way or another in any other place.
This speaking of ethnic Europeans. In the particular case of Russia, the Siberians are a separate issue.
