The biggest 'wild' settlement in Serbia is Kaluđerica (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kaluđerica), maybe even in the entire Balkans https://www.sd.rs/clanak/muke-stanov...anu-17-08-2014
Most of the people who live in Kaluđerica originated from Kosovo and southeastern Serbia. They settled there to be closer to Belgrade where they coming to work since communist period. In 1999. many Serbian refugees from Kosovo came to Kaluđerica.
What is Kaluđerica for southern Serbs, Nova Pazova, Batajnica and partly Zemun are for Krajina Serbs. A lot of Krajišnici settled to these places in communist period to be closer to Belgrade, after 1995. Serbian refugees from Krajina settled in these places where their cousins lived since years or few decades earlier. Krajinian refugees formed also few new settlement like Busije and Grmovac.
