For those who miss it, please share some of the best moments, if you'd like (~: I dread the idea of reincarnation, because even the Judeo-Christian Hell sounds preferable to enduring countless more childhoods. Please convince me it isn't all bad.

I miss my childhood. I didn't appreciate it at the time, but I now realize how lucky I was, especially when I look at the poor kids who are coming of age in Clown World where nothing makes sense. I think that it was the last generation of traditional rites of passage that started after the Baby Boom where you had the kind of freedom that would put your dad and mom in jail today. For instance, back then, only special needs kids wore bike helmets, and only babies rode in booster seats in cars.

I am hoping that I will find happiness in my 40s.
I have half of my 30s to go but it's not looking good.
Everywhere across whatever sorrows of which our life is woven, some radiant joy will gaily flash past.

Everything about my childhood was fine minus Public School. I still wouldn't go back now though, good times & bad times, as it ever was.

I miss it until I started to study far from my hometown. The culture shock of realizing I was a hillbilly was a crossroad in the development of my personality, to be nice about it. I only wish I could cut the years from 8 to 11 off my life.
Would I go back? I don't care. The word "if" is a relative of paranoia and hallucination. We are like a snowball that gathers a shitton of things and inevitably falls into an infinite ocean. If you're a soyentist, everything is entropy innit?
