Mtebid with some Mongoloid
Notice the difference in her eyes btw the 1st pic and 3rd. That's the effect of eye makeup. The eyeshadow literally gave her the illusion of having increased eyelid space, increased socket depth, and reduced the Mongoloid look. The technique is called cut-crease.
