I would never be accused of being a fake brit.
For now I only want to be recognized as an "honorary Slav".

Yes, you're not Spanish. To be Spanish (or German, Irish, etc.), you have to be raised in the culture, and to be properly raised in the culture, you would have to be raised in Spain. What you are is Peruvian who obviously has Spanish ancestors (and maybe perhaps recent Spanish ancestry?), and I'm sure you're proud of being Peruvian. When I came back to the forum after a period doing super cool awesome stuff, the first thread I took part in was alnortedesur's thread where he was claiming to be Spanish because he had a Spanish parent. He is actually a Venezuelan-American with recent Spanish (parent) and distant Italian ancestry. He was not accepting of this reality.
I'm ethnically Spanish (specifically Galician) but not an actual Spaniard. I was not raised in Spain. I was raised in the US, so my cultural influences are very different from those raised in Spain. I'm culturally very different from an actual Spaniard.

Oi leave the Welsh alone, it is perfect for sheep due to all the rain, it is hopelessly green due to being a temperate rainforest.
I have travelled a lot but it is stil the most beautiful country on earth imho. It is all human sized - Hills, Low mountains, river valleys, upland Moors, crags and mist, plus a world class coastline with decent waves in the SW
