    I did not see a single individual that looked blatantly not like a Spaniard in that crowd.

    They are quite light with indiscriminate sun exposure.They are local families, it is a culture that spills over to include children in all events in special sections for infants. What you have seen is very common in the villages of deep Andalusia.
