What are your criteria and standards to consider a person white?

If you guys don't know someone's ethnic background, how would you objectively classify a person as "white" or "non-white" without asking them about their ethnicity (when everything you have about that person is their phenotype)?

A) Phenotype
B) Ancestry
C) DNA Fingerprint
D) Mainstream Consensus/Cultural Context "Group in and Group out"
E) How someone self-identifies [For example I might consider someone very white looking and mostly white person as non-white if he/she is born in a native reservation and has a native ancestry like Elizabeth Warren and insists she is native american for example because she strongly self-identifies as such]

For example sometimes I might consider someone white like that guy in OP when I see him, but when I know he is a mullato and see his sister I might change my opinion etc. and vice versa, I see someone like Luso and consider him colored but when I see his DNA Results and he tells me he is fully portuguese I change my mind that he is white... As for cultural context I might consider a syrian christian white in the US and non-white in Sweden or "Wog"/"Blatte" Usually I can know that by a 5 minutes small talk

All Whites are Caucasian but not all Caucasians are White. Most Whites instinctively know who are, and the deceptive-looking ones who aren't, by some kind of PIEdar, sorta like the Gays with their Gaydar.

As a general rule, 85% European or above.

Though my Venezuelan dad was very likely like 75% European, and he looked white. So in cases like that (genetically castizo people, who are very passable as full Euros), I don't know if they should also be considered white too.

But as I said, aside of those particular cases, I would say that 85% European or above (and preferably, the non-Euro part at least half of it not being SSA), as a general rule.

Sounds like some esoteric bs. Or explain which modern ancestries are PIE? Are Southitalians PIE? Are Greeks PIE? Are they White? Are all Europeans PIE? Are some Europeans non-white?

+95% West Eurasian is a good threshold as nobody is less than that in Europe or it's very rare and due mostly to extreme mongoloid inputs, while outside of Europe not so much would qualify since SSA, ASE and/or East Asian ramps up quickly. Same standard can apply for East Asians.

Not exactly, imo. American native dont possess "caucasian" sna like ANF, CHG etc. Latinos are a diverse people, those who dont have african ancestry and 1/4 or less native are white to me.
