Eurogenes ADMIXTURE poll - which run should I repeat regularly?

As many of you might be aware, I've spent the last few weeks playing around with the ADMIXTURE ancestry algorithm. My aim was to produce the most informative intra-West Eurasian analysis achievable with the samples in my collection. Unfortunately, it's not possible for me repeat regularly all the runs I did. However, I'm willing to try one, or maybe two, of the analyses every couple of weeks as new samples come in. But which ones?

I'm the only one, out of the UK, Ireland, Orkney, Kent, SW Scotland, Cornwall and CEU. To get zero for both Caucasus and South Baltic. Finnish a little higher on average.

Curiously enough, Finno-Ugrics in Russia don't show exceptionally high Finnish levels. Unlike Northern Russians.

I take it you don't mean Finns by Balts. Quite interesting that you for example score clear 0 in West Central Asian and I have over 8%. Would think that a Baltic Russian like yourself would have quite similar components but in a bit different proportions. I guess the West Central Asian is the Western European influence in Finns.

I meant non-WE influenced Balts, namely Lithuanians. Indeed, WCA seems to be clearly associated with West European admixtures.

Your North Atlantic figure is quite high, did some of your ancestors recently immigrate from Sweden? I remember your having Swedish speaking family members.

Not that I know of, no. Not very recently for sure, meaning at least all are Finns after 1850. Before that it could be possible I guess, but the Swedish speaking part I've tracked in Kimito/Pargas around there until 1790.
