No breakfast, first meal around 12-1 PM, just one black coffee with no sugar in the morning.

I don't eat a lot of carbs, especially simple sugars. I used to skip breakfast more often than not but that has been changing. When I am in a rush, I'll grab a bottle of muscle muck or some other food substitute. However, more and more, I'm frying eggs in butter and then porking out on pork sausages. I answered salty. Even a year ago, I would have answered fasting.
