What is Italy and Greece the dumping ground of Non-Europeans that might pass in Europe?

Most of these people do not look European to me and they would not fit ,, of-course some could but I would not say they just could fit in Greece and Italy they could fit in many other places in Europe.

Because Greece and Italy (along with Albania and Iberia) are the parts of Europe with the darkest phenotypes, some of whom can resemble MENAs.

Most of them looks Middle Eastern.
