In his place could be anyone hated by mainstream media for his radical political promises. Such persons give the last hope for unsatisfied strata of society. It's not matter of IQ distinction, although unfortunately it's true that educated people prefer to integrate into existing unfair system, not to change it.

Your bigoted grasp of world affairs is baffling...The notion that neither the GOP nor the democrats are not only failing any changes whatsoever, but unwilling to affect any change whatsoever is absurd, and that's putting it mildly. The general public is represented by the senate, regardless of one's intelligence, above the age of 18 Americans are able to vote. They have representatives in Congress, who in turn vote for each state. I can see why you would attempt to render Trump and Biden him "radical", as they are attempting to sanction your country even more.
