This is based on data from 2012.
Population density is quite uniform in this country if you ignore urban areas (urban areas are more densely populated in every country).
The dark green regions are always the ones with a large urban area (Miskolc, Nyíregy, Pécs, Győr etc etc)

In Colombia's case, the most densely-populated regions would be the Andean regions, especially Bogota-Cundinamarca and Antioquia. The most sparsely-populated regions would be the regions bordering Panama, Venezuela, Peru and Brazil.
