Earlier i had an impression that Frank promote American exceptionalism and supremacy over world. He is influenced with that, but also there is a lot of irony and parody in him when he speak about American global politics. I would say he is actually trumpist.
I agree, there is nothing Iberian in his expression. I was surprised when i heard he have Spanish/Galicians origin.

There is Israel - a simple physical residence for Zionists and then, the Eternal Zionism, which goes beyond territoriality and it's about worldwide domination (gentles/goyyim being just cattle) - it might be conscious or unconscious; but domination (through deception and lies among others) is the root of "Eternal" Zionism
Soviets were still under heavy influence of Judeo-Bolsheviks elements and committed a naive mistake believing early Secular Socialist Zionists would be a strategic ally; while it was just yet another deceptive strategy just to implement themselves in Palestine and unleash, once established, their real agenda: a military-theocratic and racially-based State that would serve as a central capital of their worldwide domination goal (the New World Order) - although their century-old Plan is facing huge difficulties with the rise of the Global South
American imperialism - in the negative sense - and hegemony is precisely the consequence of Judeo-Masonic oligarchy and its control over US superstructure, especially after each World Wars - while true America is rather isolationist and open to maintaining good relations with all foreign powers, giving room for a genuinely democratic world (the multipolar world)

I mostly just get annoyed at how some Eastern Europeans (including at times you) piggyback on what were overwhelmingly Western European imperial (mis)adventures, achievements and innovations by claiming them for all of Europe. As you yourself have conceded, the relative poverty and lack of global projection of Eastern Europe compared to Western Europe has much deeper and longer rooted causes than Communism.
Furthermore, once we move beyond the confines of race and geography, British people have every right to feel more affinity with Anglophone Caribbeans than with Balkanites. (Granted, South Asians are a very different matter - completely different cultures, languages and religions). Just like some Iberians (principally the ones NOT obsessed by race) feel more affinity with Latin Americans than e.g. with Scandinavians or Russians.
