Religious and medical reasons aside, I don't see the point of it in this day and age of modern Hygiene. I learned to clean it just as I learned to wipe my ass. Enough people do seem to have problems wiping their asses that I'm not surprised some guys let that get out of hand too.

Yes, it is taught from the earliest period to pull back the foreskin and wash the penis.
There is no hygienic reason for circumcision, since foreskin has natural purpose to protect glans of penis.

Absolutely not. The foreskin is there for a reason and should only be removed in case of a medical issue.
The ones that are pro-mutilation (US Americans and Jewish basically) that say it's for hygiene or healthy reasons don't know any better. Most men in the world are uncircumcised and have been living healthy throughout history. Also men learn how to properly clean themselves from a young age.

I don't remember "the talk". However, I also don't remember when I started bathing myself but washing all over was a part of that.

My mother gave me the talk after a couple of older kids had taught me to say fuck. Don't remember how old I was, maybe six or seven or even four or five. The way I remember it, I went around saying it like the kids in the South Park movie while having no clue what it meant. So she told me what it meant and it effectively got me to stop saying it because I thought it was so gross.

Uncircumcised is gross , and circumcision is proper and clean! It will keep you clean and even prevent penile cancer. I vote for it. It's the best decision my parents ever made for me. I thank the Lord above everyday that I'm cut.

Sorry, but studies back this up. Circumcision was commanded by God for a reason. Maybe the skin is part of the curse or whatever, but you don't need it and it does help keep it cleaner and healthier. Should we not remove the umbilical cord because "its there"?
