Revisiting the Buddhist retreat center in Germany where I lived 4 years ago. Ever since I left this special place, I have been wanting to return.
I think I conveniently forgot how much of a mirror this place is. I returned for only one week, and it was enough to not only experience the magic this place holds, but to also learn 100 lessons.
I would have loved to make a longer vlog, but then life happened. Maybe some other time I get to share some more with you about what this special place means to me.
Now I’m back home in my little village, surrounded by the darkness and quiet of the Yule time. November was recorded as the wettest month ever in the Netherlands. This wet, windy and grey weather isn't very inviting to go out filming. Instead I immerse myself in these dark days, where I find myself naturally reflecting on this year and contemplating the next.
Thank you for following along. I wish you a beautiful ending of this year, see you in the next ✨

Germany is a beautiful country. When I came here I was overwhelmed by nature, towns, and ancient castles. Personally, I spend a lot of time in Bavaria. Take the camera and go around capturing the best scenes here.
