I don't consider myself Celtic, nor identify with it. Celtic languages and culture are alien to me and I don't have a lot of affinity for it. I have lots of 'Celtic' ancestry and heritage, but then so does most of Western Europe. It ceased to be a cohesive ethno-cultural grouping 2000+ years ago.

Gaelic specifically is a bit different, I am heavily Gaelic in blood and looks as well as my surname, so I do identify with it, but still I am removed from that culture, and it feels largely alien.

I will say something around 10% - 20%, I am nearly Half North Portuguese and Galician, which are both groups with a lot of Celt ancestry (40% - 55%), but i am very Pre-Celt Shifted too, i have a lot more of ENF and WHG than the average of somenone who is ~1/2 iberian and especially West Iberian, in most g25 calculators when a Galician score 50% Celt i usually score 17% for Example , i alr compared my results to others 1/2 Iberians and i am visible more Iberian native shifted.
In terms of culture is very few fo me, i believe the unique celt-related tradicions which we (NE Brazilians) have is the comemoration of São João ( which were a native celtic party who were transformed in a christian, which the fire and the ppl running around the fire and praying: https://brasil.elpais.com/brasil/201...78_822017.html) but now its is pretty mixed with Native and african traditions. And some words of celtic origin like Menino, Bosta, Berro etc. . .
I hope to know more about the Celts, even far away, I'm still curious about this ancestry, I always read about it but I never delve into it
